Lender Workouts:

• Our experience allows us to maneuver within parameters of lenders, to facilitate a restructuring of debt, weather it be traditional or non traditional we have the access to multiple sources. We do have a successful record of restructuring debt with originating lenders to accommodate all involved parties.
